My name is Lawren and I want to talk to about a company I joined a little over 2 months ago, but first let me tell you about myself.

I am a software developer. I have been involved in the software development industry for a little over 20 years now. I have had a very successful career. After about 10 or more years, things started to change for me. The Information Technology field started to change. I went through a number of down-sizings. I went through a total of 6 down-sizings thus far. This is when I made the decision to start looking into a home business.

I got involved in a number of companies. I did not do very well. Like many network marketers, I was taught how to market my business, much of which did not bring me much success in my business. I was taught using methods that do not work for most people. I put out fliers, passed out business cards, talk to my warm market, and more. But from this type of marketing, I was pulled over by the police, cussed at by people, chased out of parking lots and told never to come back again, and many more bad experiences.

I made some money. On a good month, I made anywhere from $2000.00 to $4000.00 per month. Eventually this did not last. My first home business fell apart after 4.5 years. Subsequently, I began searching online for a home business to join. Since my background is in computers, I felt the computer would be a better vehicle for me to use to build a home business.

I joined a number of online companies and again I failed. The reason for my failure was because I was not taught how to market my business.

About a little over 2 months ago, I received an email from someone informing me MLMLeadSysemPro which would teach me the proper way of marketing online. I get a chance to meet many new people on the internet and help them to learn the proper way of marketing. I don't mind mentoring, especially those who are serious about their business. I have helped a number of people.

Today, I want to focus this article on the subject of MLMLeadSystemPro, does it work? As I was browsing on the internet, I saw some articles and posting from individuals questioning whether the MLM Lead System Pro works.

I cannot speak for other people. I can only base this article on my own results. I can say that I have heard other people speak very positively about their results with the MLMLeadSystemPro marketing system. Many have stated that the trainings have resulted in significant improvement in their marketing efforts. I too have had the same results.

This trainings that I am receiving from MLM Lead System Pro is probably one of the best training experiences that I have encountered online. I am still fairly new to the network marketing industry. What they are doing, through this company, is sharing with others the techniques they have used that have brought them the success they currently have in their own home businesses.

They are taught by people who have successfully used these marketing strategies. This is the advantage of working with those who are successful versus those who are not successful. If one is not finding success with their marketing, it is probably because he or she is not fully engaged in their marketing or not putting themselves into action. But in order to be of any use, especially if it is something that one wants to point to their perspective business partner or the customer, is it must inform people of the benefits that one will receive by getting involved with the company or by purchasing the product or service. In other words, what is in it for me?

MLMLeadSystemPro is a tool that I use to market my primary business. What my primary business is does not matter at this time. What does matter to me, and to anyone else who is interested in building a successful business, is that this company is teaching me how to market correctly and it is working. It is effective, online marketing. It uses a very simple system. To learn, you watch the videos in the backoffice, take notes if you feel it is necessary; I know I do, then put them into action.

One of the other things I recently learned from this company is that you have to track your marketing. There are a number of ways in which to track your marketing and you are taught this in the trainings of MLM Lead System Pro. It does not help to continue using marketing methods that are not working. The ones that are not working, you replace with something else. Once you do this, then you track the new marketing method to determine whether that one is working. I have been with MLMLeadSystemPro for about 2 months. The reason I joined MLMLeadSystemPro is because I was a little bit frustrated with the growth of my business. Just in the past two months, I have started to see more people coming into my business opportunity almost every day. This also helps to establish you as a leader. It is a must to share your knowledge. You want to see your downline achieved success. This is how your business grows and becomes successful, by sharing and helping others in your group or downline.

Building a downline is not easy. Marketing and running a business is not easy. This is why it is important to have some way in getting people connected to some form of training, where they can learn about running a business and marketing. Take for example, Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, or Warren Buffet. Each one of these individuals has had a number of failures in their businesses in the past. Even after achieving success in a business, they still managed to fail at one time or another, but they always managed to recover their losses and win. This is because these individuals know how to build a business. They have the skills to address issues in their companies and within themselves and build a successful business. Often I hear of many successful entrepreneurs who fail a business or quit a business that they started and had achieved success, then go and build another successful business.

Marketing is important because this is the way that you show people the benefits of your company, products or services. You use the marketing methods to present to others what you have to offer.

I use the internet because I can get in contact with millions of people. The web 2.0 marketing strategies the MLMLeadSystemPro teaches you helps to connect you to millions of people. I have been blogging, I have been creating videos, and using other methods to help my business.

I am going to, today, talk about marketing and the importance of learning marketing skills in order to build a home business or any type of business you may have.

I recently had an interesting conversation with a couple of individuals who are new to the home business industry.

I am always discovering through various conversations with people, who are involved in the home business industry, that many often do not understand the importance of marketing. Many will join a business and the first thing they do is start bombarding people with their business opportunity, products and services.
I posed a question to these individuals and I asked them whether anybody was teaching them how to market their business. Of course they said no. When I ask people whether they are being trained in marketing, this is usually the response I get.

I am not surprised by the responses. I too encountered the same situation when I joined a number of online businesses a little over a year ago.

Many of the network business opportunities will take your money, and do no follow-up with teaching their new recruits how to market their business. If any training in marketing is offered, the methods taught usually involve some type of “guerrilla” marketing style whereby one is trained to chase after as many people as possible slam them against the wall and see which ones stick. I am being serious here. I was one of those who was taught this style of marketing in my first home business.

Other methods taught might involve putting out fliers, handing out business cards, or talking to family and friends. Often, these methods do not work. They did not work for me. In these instances, what ends up happening is you are doing what is called “front-loading” your business whereby people initially sign-up for your business, but because they get little to no results, in the end, they end up quitting. This means if you want to continue to earn money, you have to continue filling that pipeline because at some point people are going to catch on and leave. This is difficult to do and is a lot of work. In time, even those who are “front-loading” end up quitting because, realistically, you are not getting anywhere with this kind of marketing tactic. The end result of your business is you are left with no down-line.

Since failing at a number of online business opportunities, I decided to look for a business opportunity that would teach me how to market. I found one called MLMLeadSystemPro. Getting Started With MLMLeadsSystemPro (MLM Lead System Pro)

I recently joined MLMLeadSystemPro. It has been almost a month now.

Today, I am going to share with you how I got started and the steps I went through to begin my marketing process with MLMLeadSystemPro.

First, I am not sure how my sponsor found me. All I remember is receiving an email from him and because of the content of the email, I decided to join.

Before beoming a full member, I did opt to go through the 14 day trial, which costs a $1.00. Once I did that I immediately engaged in the trainings. There are a set of trainings called "Getting Started", in the back office of MLMLeadsystemPro. There about 10 steps to go through in getting setup. I went through all of them in about 2-3 days. Since I still have a full-time job, I spent, maybe, 2-3 hours each day going through the trainings..

The trainings in MLMLeadSystemPro are in video format. This is something I really like because as you are watching the videos, you can pause the video to either follow along or to take notes. Either way, you are learning the materials well.

Some of the various trainings in MLMLeadSystemPro show you first how to get your website setup. One thing I want to mention here, is that although the websites assigned to you are an affiliate website, you can put in your own pictures and videos, change the titles, whatever, on the fly. This makes your website more personable. You are also shown how to go about getting your own domain name to market your MLMLeadSystemPro website. Mine is www.ezmlmprofits.com. I purchased mine from godaddy.com.

One of the things MLMLeadSystemPro also offers is the ability to join affiliate sites that are used to help fund your network marketing advertising. In fact, there are some folks who are making more money from their affiliate sites than from their own businesses. Some of the affiliates are free whereas others are paid for. You can select which affiliates to join. For example, I joined all of the free affiliates. Then I selected about 3 or 4 of the paid affiliates, mostly because I knew these affiliates, like Godaddy and Aweber, were sites most people would be using to get their website and business setup.

After completing the setup of my MLMLeadSystemPro website, the last step in the training is getting your marketing setup. Again, videos are used in this process, and during this step, you are informed to select 3 methods to market your business. In the marketing setup training, you will see a list of the various marketing methods to select from. You click on the links and watch the videos. You can watch all of them, or watch just those that interest you the most. I chose the latter.

It took me about 3 days to get through all of the trainings. After completing the marketing trainings, I immediately started to put into action my selected 3 marketing methods. The first day I had started marketing my business, I received an email informing me that someone had joined my business. I was ecstatic and very surprised. I could not believe that I had gotten someone to join my business on my very first day.

MLMLeadSystemPro is a great program, but it won't work if you don't work. The end result is that with any system, if it is not utilized, meaning, you are not only learning from the trainings but are also not implementing them consistently and with persistence, you will accomplish nothing, A business, no matter what kind of business you are involved in, requires a lot of work. Success will only come once you have earned it.
